Catholic Co. Can't Shirk Contraception Law, 10th Circ. Told

Law360, Los Angeles (January 28, 2013, 10:19 PM EST) -- Several religious groups on Friday urged the Tenth Circuit to reverse a lower court's decision exempting a Catholic-owned business from complying with the contraception mandate of the Affordable Care Act, arguing the company’s owners hadn’t proven the statute violated their religious beliefs.
