Law360, New York (January 29, 2013, 6:29 PM EST) -- A Missouri federal judge on Tuesday dismissed malpractice claims against St. Louis law firm Cockriel & Christofferson LLC brought by a roofing company alleging it botched the defense of an insurance suit seeking damages after a roof peeled off during a storm.
