SEC Taps Capitol Police IG As Its New Internal Watchdog

Law360, New York (January 29, 2013, 7:04 PM EST) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission said Tuesday that U.S. Capitol Police Inspector General Carl W. Hoecker will take over its internal watchdog office, which is recovering from allegations of a lurid sex scandal and retaliating against a whistleblower.
