Pa. High Court Told Turnpike Panel Entitled To Privilege

Law360, Philadelphia (March 5, 2013, 4:32 PM EST) -- The Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General should not be allowed to access communications between officials with the state’s turnpike commission and their attorneys as part of a grand jury investigation into suspected fraud, a lawyer representing the agency told the Pennsylvania Supreme Court during oral arguments Tuesday.
