Law360, New York (January 30, 2013, 2:19 PM EST) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Tuesday said State Automobile Insurance Co. has no obligation to indemnify a Philadelphia funeral home that has been targeted in a host of lawsuits over the harvesting and sale of organs and tissue from hundreds of corpses.
