McDermott Slams Suit Over Ex-Atty's Alleged IP Theft

Law360, New York (January 30, 2013, 2:03 PM EST) -- McDermott Will & Emery LLP urged a Washington federal judge Tuesday to toss a malpractice suit accusing it of allowing a former partner to steal a client's trade secrets for his family's health care business, saying the suit was an attempt to relitigate a previous case.
