Florida Firm Snaps Up Former Regulator

Law360 (November 29, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Florida law firm Fowler White Boggs Banke has snapped up a former regulator for its securities and financial services practice, adding former senior Florida Office of Financial Regulation attorney R. Michael Underwood to its Tallahassee office.

With the addition of Underwood, the firm continues its strategic expansion, said Burt Wiand, practice group leader of Fowler White's securities and financial services litigation practice.
