Epstein Becker Denies It Double-Crossed Greenberg Traurig

Law360, New York (January 30, 2013, 3:42 PM EST) -- Epstein Becker & Green PC has said that a Greenberg Traurig LLP attorney who allegedly screwed up an arbitration knew he'd be facing malpractice claims because of it, with Epstein further insisting it didn't help Greenberg in the arbitration before representing the former client suing Greenberg for malpractice.

The feud between the two firms has its roots in a 2006 arbitration in which Allen B. Roberts, now a partner at Epstein Becker, had retained Greenberg Traurig's Leslie Corwin to represent him in a dispute over Roberts'...
