Utilities, Consumer Groups End Energy Savings Plan Row

Law360, New York (January 31, 2013, 2:37 PM EST) -- Four Pennsylvania electricity providers and numerous consumer and environmental watchdogs asked the Pennsylvania Utility Commission on Monday to approve a settlement putting to rest the groups’ challenges to the companies’ proposed energy conservation and efficiency plans.
