Court Guts Inventor's Suit Against Patent Lawyer, P&G

Law360 (November 29, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A court has tossed most of the suit in which an inventor accused his onetime friend and patent attorney, the attorney's wife and Procter & Gamble of stealing his ideas for a body protection pad by leaving them out of patent drafts.
