Anti-CFPB Groups Want Cordray Confirmation Delayed

Law360, New York (January 30, 2013, 5:15 PM EST) -- Conservative activist groups helping to bankroll a constitutional challenge to the Dodd-Frank Act and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau urged the U.S. Senate on Wednesday to delay confirming the bureau's director until legal questions about his recess appointment are resolved.
