USTR Wants ITC Probe Of KORUS's Impact On Small Biz

Law360, New York (January 30, 2013, 7:37 PM EST) -- U.S. Trade Representative Ron Kirk has asked the U.S. International Trade Commission to launch an investigation to the impact of the United States-Korea Free Trade Agreement on small U.S. businesses, the ITC said Wednesday.
