Judge Tosses Challenge To Blocked Ore. Wind Farm Deal

Law360, Washington (January 31, 2013, 8:02 PM EST) -- Terna Energy USA Holding Corp. scored a win Thursday when a Washington federal judge tossed Ralls Corp.'s attempt to void its wind farm project purchase agreement that was blocked by the U.S. government on national security grounds, saying the company could refile its case in a New York court.
