Pillsbury Seals Lease To Anchor $110M DC Office Project

Law360, New York (January 31, 2013, 3:17 PM EST) -- Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP has closed on a lease deal to move its Washington headquarters to real estate developer and manager Akridge's new $110 million office project once it's completed, the companies announced Thursday.

Per the deal, Pillsbury will take about 105,000 square feet of space at 1200 17th St., or about 62.5 percent of the building, when the project is completed in 2015. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed, but the firm confirmed it has secured prominent signage rights and certain tenant...
