CPSC Recalls Children's Dressers Over Tipping Deaths

Law360, New York (January 31, 2013, 2:24 PM EST) -- The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission on Wednesday announced a recall of 18,300 children’s dressers made by Bexco Enterprises Inc. for its Million Dollar Baby brand, as well as dressers from Gemme Juvenile Inc., because three children have died after the furniture tipped over on them.

Bexco is voluntarily recalling 18,000 of its Million Dollar Baby children’s four-drawer dressers after two children died while using them.
