Pa. High Court Suspends 3 Indicted Traffic Court Judges

Law360, Philadelphia (February 1, 2013, 3:43 PM EST) -- Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court Friday indefinitely suspended three judges indicted for their alleged role in a long-running ticket-fixing scheme at Philadelphia’s Traffic Court.

The high court relieved Traffic Court Judges Michael Sullivan and Michael Lowry, along with Mark Bruno, a Chester County magisterial district court judge who occasionally hears traffic court cases, of all judicial and administrative duties without pay pending final disposition of their federal criminal charges.
