Greenberg Traurig Fla. Bankruptcy Head Will Open Solo Firm

Law360, Miami (February 4, 2013, 8:57 PM EST) -- Jim Leshaw, chairman of Greenberg Traurig LLP's Florida bankruptcy department, has left the firm after more than 23 years in order to start his own law practice, he announced Monday.

Leshaw, 48, has experience in a wide range of business law, including mergers and acquisitions, cross-border insolvency transactions, financings, contract drafting and negotiations, and litigation.
