US-China Trade Group Calls For Cybersecurity Cooperation

Law360, New York (February 4, 2013, 7:43 PM EST) -- A group of 240 American companies that conduct business with China said Wednesday that the governments of both countries should work closer together to help stem the growing danger of cyberattacks in the wake of recent high-profile security breaches blamed on Chinese hackers.

As part of its annual statement of priorities, the U.S.-China Business Council called for increased cooperation between the two countries to stem the growing threat of cyberattacks. The recommendation was part of a larger rally cry for improved commercial relations between the U.S....
