ITC Judge OKs Settlement In Electrical Safety Patent Case

Law360, New York (February 5, 2013, 2:35 PM EST) -- A U.S. International Trade Commission judge approved a deal Monday ending the commission's investigation into Leviton Manufacturing Co. Inc.'s allegations that Menard Inc. failed to abide with orders preventing the importation of products that infringe Leviton's electrical safety system patents.
