China Keeps Anti-Dumping Duties On EU Potato Starch

Law360, New York (February 6, 2013, 5:32 PM EST) -- China will keep in place existing anti-dumping duties on potato starch imports from the European Union, China’s Ministry of Foreign Commerce said Tuesday.

The decision will continue the 12.6 percent duties MOFCOM assigned to Dutch starch manufacturer AVEBE UA in an April 2011 order, as well as the 56.7 percent rate assigned to the French starch byproducts manufacturer Roquette Frères SA and all other EU importers.
