Lawmakers Unveil Bill To Repeal Medicare Doctor Pay Rate

Law360, New York (February 6, 2013, 5:57 PM EST) -- A bipartisan pair of House representatives introduced legislation Wednesday to repeal the sustainable growth rate meant to restrict Medicare spending on physician payments, replacing it with multiple payment methods from which doctors can choose.
