Fla. County Can't Halt Homeowners' Electricity Plan In Court

Law360, Miami (February 6, 2013, 8:03 PM EST) -- A Florida appeals court on Wednesday upheld the dismissal of a suit brought by Monroe County to try to prevent a group of property owners on No Name Key from electrifying their homes, saying that the state Public Service Commission has exclusive jurisdiction on the matter.
