Baton Rouge, Enviros Settle CWA Row Over Wastewater Plants

Law360, Chicago (February 7, 2013, 2:52 PM EST) -- Baton Rouge, La., and two community groups asked a federal judge Wednesday to approve their settlement resolving allegations that the city violated the Clean Water Act at three wastewater treatment plants and breached a 2002 consent decree, a new deal that would require Baton Rouge to relocate some citizens.
