Greenberg Traurig Wants $200M Sex Bias Suit Put On Hold

Law360, Los Angeles (February 6, 2013, 7:53 PM EST) -- Greenberg Traurig LLP asked a New York federal court on Wednesday to stay a proposed $200 million class action accusing the firm of discriminating against female shareholders until a Pennsylvania federal judge decides on the firm's petition to compel arbitration of the lead plaintiff’s claims.
