LabCorp Appeal Should Be Denied, Solicitor General Recommends

Law360 (September 28, 2005, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In a new development in the extended patent fight between Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings and Competitive Technologies, Inc., the U.S. Solicitor General has recommended to the U.S. Supreme Court that LabCorp’s appeal be denied.

LabCorp filed the petition for a writ of certiorari in hopes of overturning a federal court ruling that found the company infringed on CTT’s patent rights.
