India Greenlights JV For $7.6B Trans-Afghan Pipeline

Law360, New York (February 7, 2013, 1:40 PM EST) -- The Cabinet of India approved the formation of a joint venture to head an internationally backed $7.6 billion gas pipeline through Afghanistan, allowing a state-owned company to join the arrangement, according to a Thursday announcement.
