House Bill Would Tie EPA Biofuel Quota To Production

Law360, New York (February 7, 2013, 4:04 PM EST) -- A bipartisan pair of congressmen on Wednesday introduced a bill to require the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to base its cellulosic biofuel quotas for petroleum refiners and importers on actual production figures, saying the agency’s current targets are unattainable.
