Pa. Electricity Cos. Slam Gas Co.'s Fuel-Switch Plan

Law360, Philadelphia (February 7, 2013, 5:18 PM EST) -- A group of Pennsylvania electricity providers on Wednesday slammed a proposal by natural gas provider UGI Utilities Inc. to force utilities to adopt programs to entice consumers to use water heaters and other equipment powered by natural gas as part of state-mandated energy conservation plans.
