Fuel Co. Blames Design Flaw For Jet Fuel Fire At Miami Airport

Law360, Miami (February 8, 2013, 4:03 PM EST) -- Fuel management company Allied Aviation LLC and its insurers on Thursday sued the design, engineering and construction companies that worked on the fuel storage system at Miami International Airport, claiming a design flaw in the emergency shutdown system contributed to the spread of a March 2011 fire at the airport.
