XL Needn't Waive Deductible, Limits In Stryker Case: Judge

Law360, New York (February 8, 2013, 9:57 PM EST) -- XL Insurance America Inc. does not have to waive a $2 million deductible and a $15 million policy limit in coverage for medical device maker Stryker Corp. and Pfizer Inc. in litigation over allegedly defective artificial knees, a federal judge ruled Friday, reversing a prior decision.
