Court Won't Stay Generic Approval Of HDI Body Oil

Law360 (December 3, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Dermatological products manufacturer Hill Dermaceuticals Inc. has come up short in its bid for a stay to prevent the U.S. Food & Drug Administration from approving any generic version of its brand-name scalp and body oil until the agency fully responds to its citizen petition.
