EQT Unit's Proposed Pipeline Buy Too Risky, PUC Judge Says

Law360, Philadelphia (February 11, 2013, 5:24 PM EST) -- In a decision released by the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission Friday, an administrative law judge recommended that an EQT Corp. subsidiary’s bid to acquire nearly 400 miles of natural gas pipeline be denied due to the potential cost associated with addressing unknown sources of lost gas.
