Wash. AG Wants Stiffer Penalties For Courtroom Violence

Law360, New York (February 12, 2013, 2:47 PM EST) -- Washington's attorney general called on state lawmakers Monday to approve legislation that would increase penalties for violent acts that occur on courthouse property, citing a jump in national incidents that has court workers and visitors worried.
