Lockheed Trying To Rewrite Deal, Goodyear Tells 6th Circ.

Law360, Chicago (February 12, 2013, 7:57 PM EST) -- The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. asked the Sixth Circuit on Monday not to revive Lockheed Martin Corp.'s suit alleging it is liable for roughly $70 million in environmental remediation costs at a former zeppelin factory, saying Lockheed is trying to rewrite the property's purchase agreement.
