Fla. Bill Would Put Most Municipal Utilities Under State Eye

Law360, Miami (February 13, 2013, 8:27 PM EST) -- Municipal power and water utilities in Florida that provide service to surrounding communities soon could find themselves subject to the state Public Service Commission, under the provisions of a bill filed Tuesday in the Florida House.
