Law360, New York (February 13, 2013, 3:29 PM EST) -- President Barack Obama on Tuesday used the annual State of the Union address to announce a plan to begin talks on a comprehensive free trade agreement with the European Union, saying such a deal would support millions of well-paid American jobs.
