Job Applicant Sues Intel For Discrimination

Law360, New York (December 4, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A former job applicant has hit technology company Intel Corp. with a discrimination and retaliation suit, claiming the company unlawfully questioned him about his litigation and bankruptcy history and then retracted an employment offer.

Bruce Fillpot, who applied for a financial analyst position at Intel in 2005, filed a complaint against the company Monday in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico after receiving a right to sue notice from the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
