Sens. Fault HHS For Delays As ACA Exchange Deadline Looms

Law360, Washington (February 14, 2013, 2:51 PM EST) -- Several members of the Senate Finance Committee blasted the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services on Thursday for its repeated rulemaking delays, lack of flexibility and selective reading of Affordable Care Act requirements, claiming they doubted the agency would meet the looming insurance exchange deadline.
