HeinieSniff'n Dog Toy Doesn't Infringe Heineken IP, Suit Says

Law360, New York (February 13, 2013, 7:32 PM EST) -- A manufacturer of chew toys for dogs asked an Arizona federal judge on Wednesday for a declaratory judgment that its “HeinieSniff’n” rubber squeaky dog toy doesn’t infringe trademarks owned by Dutch beer giant Heineken Brouwerijen BV, saying its product is clearly a parody.
