Covidien Sues Former Sales Rep For Jumping To Abbott

Law360, New York (February 14, 2013, 4:32 PM EST) -- Covidien LP sued Abbott Laboratories and a former sales representative in Minnesota federal court Wednesday, accusing the ex-worker of breaching a noncompete clause in her employment agreement by working for Abbott selling similar products in the same geographic territory.
