Ronald Dworkin, Legal Philosophy Giant, Dies At 81

Law360, New York (February 14, 2013, 6:20 PM EST) -- Ronald Dworkin, a legal theorist who drew both loud acclaim and fierce derision for his defense of moral decision-making in the courtroom on such issues as assisted suicide and the detention of enemy combatants, died Thursday in London at age 81.
