Pipeline Appeals In Limbo After Pa. Permit Ruling

Law360, Philadelphia (February 14, 2013, 10:09 PM EST) -- A Pennsylvania federal court ruling that the Natural Gas Act trumps the authority of state environmental regulators to review natural gas pipeline permits creates an uncertain road ahead for future appeals and could open the door for other federal preemption claims, environmental attorneys told Law360 on Thursday.
