Feds Must Disclose Firms Making Oil, Gas Lease Requests

Law360, New York (February 15, 2013, 2:34 PM EST) -- A Colorado federal judge on Wednesday ordered the Bureau of Land Management to disclose corporate requests that public lands be included in sales of oil and gas leases, saying the information could enhance competitive bidding and prove relevant to environmental concerns.
