Ex-MCSi Chief's 7-Day Sentence Unjustified, 6th Circ. Says

Law360, Los Angeles (February 15, 2013, 3:37 PM EST) -- The Sixth Circuit on Friday ruled that a lower court improperly sentenced MCSi Inc.’s former CEO to only seven days’ imprisonment for securities fraud that should have landed him up to 121 months in prison, saying his moral character wasn’t enough to justify the “substantively unreasonable” sentence.
