Lawmakers Urge FDA To Stiffen Hydrocodone Controls

Law360, New York (February 15, 2013, 6:16 PM EST) -- U.S. lawmakers on Friday urged the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to fast-track its recommendation to put more restrictions on hydrocodone combination painkillers, some of the most prescribed and abused drugs in the country, weeks after an agency advisory committee recommended reclassifying the drugs.
