Arkin's Legal Assault Against Ex-Partners Put On Ice

Law360, New York (February 15, 2013, 6:45 PM EST) -- A New York state judge on Thursday said noted litigator Stanley Arkin's malfeasance claims against two former colleagues who started a breakaway firm were not proper, but put an effort to dismiss the case on hold in favor of tallying up and distributing assets from the attorneys' dissolving practice.
