Q&A With McAndrews' Greg Vogler

He focuses on patent, trade secret and trademark litigation, as well as intellectual property due diligence related to acquisitions and mergers. He has argued more than 10 times before the Federal Circuit. In 2012, Vogler won a U.S. International Trade Commission trade secret case obtaining a 10-year exclusion order against the importation of cast steel railway wheels. This year, he obtained a $70 million jury verdict on behalf of Stryker Corporation against Zimmer Holdings Inc. in the Western District of Michigan....
