GOP Bill Would Pin EPA Biofuel Quota To Production Growth

Law360, New York (February 19, 2013, 7:26 PM EST) -- A Republican congressman on Friday stepped up the battle over the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's cellulosic biofuel quotas for petroleum refiners and importers, introducing a bill pegging growth in the quotas to actual production and not the agency's projections.
