Q&A With Kirkland's Chris Landau

Law360, New York (February 20, 2013, 2:13 PM EST) -- Chris Landau is the head of Kirkland & Ellis LLP’s appellate litigation practice, based in the firm's Washington, D.C., office.

He has handled appeals involving a variety of subject matters in courts across the country, including the U.S. Supreme Court, every one of the federal courts of appeals, and many state appellate courts. Landau served twice as a law clerk at the U.S. Supreme Court, first to Justice Antonin Scalia (1990-91) and then to Justice Clarence Thomas (1991-92).
