GE Claims Whirlpool, Others Fixed Fridge Compressor Prices

Law360, San Diego (February 19, 2013, 11:27 PM EST) -- General Electric Co. lodged a suit Friday in Kentucky federal court accusing Whirlpool Corp., Danfoss A/S and Household Compressors Holdings SpA of taking part in a long-standing cartel to fix the prices of refrigerant compressors sold in the U.S. and other countries.
